Who can apply?

Truly anybody can apply. We prefer that you not be younger than 13 as our site is rated PG 13. We do require parental consent.

Let's face it, I don't want to be answering to your mom or dad or whoever because you signed up and got a character and then they didn't like the language/graphicness/situations etc.
