Also, PLEASE don't write in first person (I said this, I do that)... We RP in the third person (She said this. He does that.) and we would like everyone to write in third person...

This is almost everyone's big pet peeve. That and being overly descriptive about taking a shower or smoking a cigarette and it have no bearing on the story.
