Chapter 24: Wind vs. Fire

Mars growled angrily as Uranus literally dragged off Michiru as well as her adopted daughter and onto the shuttle. She clenched her fist and bit her lip until it bled. She quickly wiped away the blood and stalked off after the senshi of wind. When she found her in the shuttle, looking happy as a clam, Mars invariably exploded.

"What is wrong with you?! You may have you daughter, but mine is still missing! And besides, are you going to let those things that took Samantha just get away with that?! They kept you away from your daughter, doing goddess knows what to her, and you're just going to let them?!

"Where's the Haruka that never let youma get away with anything?! Where's the Uranus who used to aid us in destroying our enemies?! Where's the senshi in you?! I can't believe that she's gone!!"

Mars got up in Uranus' face and spoke in a low, shaking voice, "Or is she... Have you grown that weak? Are you going to allow those monsters to get away with what they did to you? They could have killed her..."

Mars straightened up and stared down at her with a disgusted look in her eyes, "Or don't you care?"

Naturally, this did not bode well for either one of them. The blonde senshi took offense and began screaming at Mars, who inevitably screamed right back. This continued for some time until Pluto came on board...

"THAT'S ENOUGH!" She yells. Uranus and Mars stop their fighting, and stare innocently at her.

"She started it!" They both say at the same time, pointing at each other. They once again they begin bickering because of course neither one of them is going to take the blame for starting the fight, because after all, nothing is their fault. Neptune and Samantha sweatdrop, and Pluto growls.

"What are you? Sailor Senshi, or two year olds?"

"I think you know the answer to that question, Pluto..." Uranus muttered irratibly.

"Well then start ACTING like it!" Pluto yells, "Now come one, Hito is still missing and Aquarius and Callisto have run off to Goddess-knows-where looking for her. There are more important things to worry about right now than the shuttle; we will come back to it later. For now, Uranus, you and Samantha can stay with us. If you want to go back home with your daughter, just tell me and after we are done here. We will drop you off at home, and THEN search for Sarah. Is that all right with everyone?"

Pluto can see Mars begin to protest, but she ignores her.

"Good. Now let's go."
