History

Rei has turned her concentrations on more selfish matters as of late being reunited with Jadeite at long last. There are many issues that they have to work out and it causes many a scene around the Palace.

While she is focusing on Jadeite more than one might expect she has pushed away all the grief she experienced by the Shinto Shrine being burned down and her grandfather being killed by Yuichiro.

With Minako missing she is in charge of the Guardian Senshi.

Fire Soul Bird This attack takes the form of a fiery bird.
Cost= 2 Power Points Damage= 60 Health

Burning Mandala: This attack takes the form of rings of fire which are directed at the target.
Cost= 3 Power Points Damage= 90 Health

Mars Snake Fire: An attack in which Sailor Mars can form a snake from her flames, complete with menacing fangs. It is most commonly used to wrap around the enemies and act like a fiery boa constrictor.
Cost= 3 Power Points Damage= 120

Mars Flame Sniper: This attack takes the form of a flame arrow and is launched at the target via a flame bow.
Cost= 4 Power Points Damage= 150 Health

Fire Reading: Rei can see into the future and tell fortunes through her ability to read fire.

Ofuda Scrolls: Rei can disperse evil with the help of the use of Evil Ward Scrolls. When she uses them she must yell" Rin, pyou, tou, sha, kai, jin, retsu, sai, zen. Akuryou taisan!".

Mars Flames of Passion: Rei needs the pendant that was given to her by the Spirit of Queen Serenity. When activated it causes intense flames to spring forth and envelope the intended target. This power can only be used during periods of intense emotion, and Rei can sometimes see visions through these flames.

Combined Powers

Teleportation: Every Sailor Senshi can teleport anywhere if they have at least one other Sailor Senshi with them.
Cost= 3 Power Points per person

Sailor Planet Attack: A group attack that the Inner Senshi can use, but only if all four of them are together. Each Senshi would call out to their respective planet, and then cry the attack phrase together. This power is rarely used because of how powerful it is, and is usually used as a last resort on enemies too powerful for them to defeat on their own.
Cost= 4 Power Points per person (inner senshi only)

Sailor Planet Meditation: A group attack that all eight Sailor Senshi can use, but only if all eight of them are together. It works in much the same way that Sailor Planet Attack. This power is rarely used because of how powerful it is, and is usually used as a last resort on enemies too powerful for them to defeat on their own.
