History

Neo Queen Serenity's history is quite complicated. Just before the Silver Millennium started, her father Sen'ou defeated Void but gave his life in the process. Many of the senshi were severely injured or they in themselves killed. One of the senshi that was killed was Saturn. Her death was not spectacular, it was her rebirth that changed Serenity's life.

When Saturn was reborn there was a time ripple and it struck the warrior causing her to split into. Forming Enmity and Faithfullove. Essentially splitting the death and resurrection powers of Saturn in two. When Queen Serenity saw this she decided to take in the twins of Saturn and adopt them as her own.

Serenity and Chenoa became very close, closer than sisters and closer than Serenity and her guardians. When the council decided it was not safe for Chenoa and her brother to be free, it tore Serenity's heart in two. Thankfully Endymion was there for her. That is until Metallia raised up the rebellion from Earth and attacked the Moon Kingdom.

In current times, Chenoa has done nothing to Neo Queen Serenity that Serenity would deem as betrayal. Because of that, her and Endymion have been at odds and have come to the point where they no longer even share a bed. With Chenoa disappearing, it has made things worse because of Endymion's blatant joy of being done with her. Serenity can do nothing but grieve.

Moon Cosmic Power: Neo Queen Serenity can use the Imperium Silver Crystal to create a shield of energy that can resist all physical or energy attacks. She can also send out a blast of energy from the Crystal that can cause considerable damage.
Cost= 1 Power Point for every 30 Health of Damage (No Max)

Moon Healing Activation: Neo Queen Serenity can use the power of the Imperium Silver Crystal to cleanse any evil from an individual that accepts the cleansing power of the Crystal. As they are cleansed the individual is surrounded by the pure light of the Crystals power. The Crystal can also Heal a persons injuries but this does take a tool on Neo Queen Serenity.
Cost= 20 Power Points for Cleansing
Cost= 1 Power Point and 10 Health

Honeymoon Therapy Kiss: This Power can heal a possessed human, or can cause damage to an attended target.
Cost= 3 Power Points to either heal possessed humans, or do 90 Health in Damage

Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss: This power also can heal possessed humans but at a higher power level. It can also cause greater damage.
Cost= 6 Power Points to either heal possessed humans, or do 120 Health in Damage

Lunar Immaculate Devastation: This power draws off the Silver Imperium Crystal to cause massive damage.
Cost= 1 Power Point for every 30 Health in Damage done (Max 600 Health)

Lunar Pen/Disguise Power: This item has been in Usagi's possession for years and can be used by anyone who wields it. Usagi can use this item either as Neo Queen Serenity or Eternal Warrior Moon.
Cost= 3 Power Points

Combination Powers

Teleportation: Every Sailor Senshi can teleport anywhere if they have at least one other Sailor Senshi with them.
Cost= 3 Power Points per person
