Description: This is a new settlement that has developed since the revolutionaries got people stirred up. It's location near the Shiro Kodajin is not coincedental. The people that live here have old souls and are possibly reborn from the Silver Millenium.

Kodia and Regale have provided much support to these people as they have built housing and commercial properties. While it will never compare with Hyourin Kousekino, it is a place to call home for those that live there.
