Description: This is the impoverished side of Hyourin Kousekino. To the north and beyond the shopping district, it is an area that has been growing rapidly as of late.

The council are not completely aware of the conditions in which the residences are in. There are no schools and the children run the streets with bare feet. This community is still in favor of the revolution.
